These terms govern your use of Eden Career Guidance & HR Solutions (“Eden”) placement platform and services. By registering or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a candidate, uploading a resume, or using any Eden service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in India to register for placement services. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3Registration & Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your profile and resume accurate and up to date. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience or identity may lead to removal from the platform and termination of services.

4Use of the Platform

  • Your profile is matched with verified employers and opportunities in Eden’s network.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or misrepresent yourself to employers.
  • Eden may decline or withdraw services if these terms are breached.

5Placement & Matching

Eden works to match you with suitable opportunities and provides interview preparation and placement support. Eden does not guarantee employment. Final selection is always at the employer’s discretion based on their requirements.

6Fees

Registration and matching for candidates is free of charge. Eden may earn a placement or consultancy fee from employers or recruiters under separate agreements. You will always be told about any candidate-facing charges before you agree to them.

7Refund Policy

  • Refunds apply only to paid candidate services (for example, paid career coaching or paid resume services) agreed in writing.
  • If a paid service is cancelled before it starts, you will receive a full refund within 7 working days.
  • Once a paid service session has been delivered, no refund is available.
  • Placement-related fees from employers are governed by the employer agreement and are not covered by this policy.

8Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including branding, text and design, belongs to Eden unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or reuse it without permission.

9Limitation of Liability

Eden is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including failed placements, changes in job availability, or employer decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid to Eden.

10Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kochi, Kerala.
